Help Where is the search function?

Hello-
I'm new to this site and am very confused about the so-called search function in the Rules & Info post. Where is it? Do I need to click on something or get to some landing page at each forum to access a field in which I can enter search terms to look for posts/comments containing the searched terms?

I believe that some functions are only available after a certain period of time or the number of actions that the user performs, but I can notice that when starting a topic I can see if there is another similar one, so I am using this function as a research tool to get some answers.

Thank you, I was also going crazy trying to find the search function. I had to search on Google where it was just to find a thread that would talk about it, this one, so thank you everyone for your answers since reading them helped me understand and thank you to the poster from around 7 months ago who was having the same problem.

The search function just came available to me recently. I have 22 posts and 30 reactions.

just use the site it will unlock fast enough, you find mostly all you need in the sticky threats anyway, dont stress it

Absolutely same. So appreciate this post. Totally get why it's gotta be unlocked, but was definitely confused
