because it's difficult to get. unlike N, there's no consistent supplier. most of the people are getting fent from the DNM or some underground supplier that anyone barely knows.

depends on what you're trying to OD on. OD'ing on OTC drugs can be really painful and not really reliable. OD'ing on opiates such as fent can be peaceful. according to the PPeH, the peacefulness rating for fent is a 9/10. there was a thread here a while back about a guy taking in m30s laced w/ fent pills and it seemed really peaceful for them.

Because the types of people who are addicted to heroin and then fentanyl typically don't live long lives. It's difficult to acquire, if you're in Europe and ask a dealer you barely know if they sell fent you'll be threatened with violence or blocked immediately. I wouldn't recommend it.

If you are in the US, it is the easiest thing to get.....if you have a sketchy past. Most street drug markets no longer sell narcotics as they used to be known. It is an obscure fraternity and you have to know your way round and carry yourself like you mean business. You may take it from me that it is ubiquitous.

Fentanyl is super common where I am it's super cheap to it's 5$ a pill out here where I am and see people OD on it daily in he homless shelter I am currently in.

You just fall sleep and stop breathing you definitely don't want to be found by anyone as everyone who uses typically has narcane and wants to be a hero and save you I'd say 2-3 of the pill which are usually oxy 30's that are counterfeit will do it down the hatch, we also have stronger stuff called grey death on the streets now that's a got a 95% mortality rate it's just fentanyl cut with animal tranquilizer pressed into a pill it's not hard to find just ask around for Mexies or blues
