Hi there, the antiemetics necessary for the SN method require a prescription which may be very hard to get. Is there another way to get these antiemetics? How did you get yours?

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I live in France but thanksI don't know what it's like in your country but, in the UK, prochlorperazine is available OTC and it's one of the 6 anti emetics that is recommended to use in the SN megathread. I have tried to get an anti emetic from the GP by telling them that I have migraines along with nausea but unfortunately I only got prescribed migraine specific medication instead of an anti emetic. Based from what I've seen, doctors are incredibly strict at prescribing an anti emetic even though it isn't even dangerous on its own so unfortunately I may have to resort to prochlorperazine but I'd honestly prefer meto or domperidone instead as the stat dose for these anti emetics is easier to understand.
I see. I hope you get what you want and I wish you all the bestI live in France but thanks
