Where can I read the PPH?

Norton 360 will not allow download of this PDF. It cancels the download and says, "Malicious download detected." Any other way to get the PPH?

I tried using different browsers including duckduckgo and when I click it doesn't seem to want to load. I've read that you should right click and select download as a PDF, but when I try to right click it just opens the link in a new tab.

Same here. I tried it with various browsers (Safari, Firefox, etc) and the download will start and then fail after a few moment. I did the right click - save file. I use private mode and no adblock.

So strange, I am using JDownloader and it is sitting at like 50mb, there has no sources available for awhile now.

Yes I did, when is pauses stop it and start it again using "Force restart" It took like a day and a half of fiddling with it but it finally finished last night.

I can't figure out that download jargon and what you are using to open the file. Is there a scan maybe of just the one page available?

It takes a minute but keep trying I think you will get it. Did you download and open up the Jdownloader app yet?

No, I'm still trying to download the file but keep getting so many pop ups and ads and then it tells me I need vpn which I don't have. And I can't "right click" on my phone.

Is jjdownloader available through the App Store? I'll go check that now.

EDIT: nope wait! It worked through the anonymous link someone posted.
Now I'm just wondering if this is one of the fakes floating around that have a scammer-protonmail address. Mmmhhhh

Whenever I try to login into the app, it gives me an error message saying I need to go into my settings? But I don't know how I go about doing that. There is no settings page on the actual website. (I'm using ios phone)

If anyone else knows, your free to chime in too. I am not savvy with this, so apologies if the answer is obvious.

I used the "anonfiles" link and it worked. Slowly. But successfully. (The other two links just gave me spammy pop ups and I quickly closed the pages. Lol)

Yikes those are spammy. You were right, the anon one I had the most luck with. It took abit for the loading bar to move but it got there just fine (who knew getting there would be this challenging...) thank you very much for your help.
Here's to hoping the email at the 300 page mark is right

Make sure you get the correct email address from a real PPeH copy.
Someone just got scammed hard with a slightly different email address in a falsified copy of the PPeH.

100% agreed.

But the problem is that so many folks have issues downloading the file from that ONE hosting location. Many folks in this forums are desperate and don't think irrationally, which is a given.

On my end, I have tried every possible ways to download the files and it failed. E.g. using multiple devices (laptop, phone, tablets including ones straight out of the box), using different network (home, office, free wifi, etc.), using VM, using different browsers, using JDownloader, etc.

The easiest solution would be for the Forum Admin to have multiple download links from different providers.

It'll come from them, so it'll be a trusted source. But for whatever reason, the Admin don't want to do that. Hence why we have so many threads, post, etc. asking for help.
