So while doing research on ctbing with SN it seems that Beta Blockers are recommended and favorable to have. But how would I go about getting Beta Blockers? Like I'm not exactly in the typical age gap that I can get them prescribed and I need objective symptoms. Antiemetics were easy to get prescribed because you can just lie. But I feel like it's tougher to get them does anyone have any tips?

I've seen where you can get Propranolol prescribed online from telehealth docs, and for that you just have to say you experience a lot of anxiety and panic symptoms. I can only chime in for the USA though, I wouldn't know about other countries if that happens to be the case.

Yeah I guess I should have mentioned that I'm from Germany and doctors are generally very strict even getting benzos is very difficult and are usually only prescribed after lots of therapy so I kind of gave up on them but I thought I could at least get some beta blockers but I guess it's not needed to ctb.

Gotcha! Yeah I wouldn't know about Germany, but you are right that it's not a necessity for the SN protocol. I wish you the best in finding your peace 💛
