I think it is similar to the search feature, in that it only becomes available after both being here for a certain number of days and making a certain number of posts (possibly reactions too).
The admin said 'participating users' but didn't specify minimum time/activity.

It works for me, I think you have to have been a member for a certain amount of time because the whole point is to keep it inaccesible to people who only joined recently for infiltration purposes

Yeah but the how is what I found soothing personally, can't explain why though. Maybe it's that little kid in me that loved to absorb new information, which definitely works better when I am writing about it. (over just reading)

The "how" is soothing to me too, knowing how to is what calms me down and helps me go through the day, it gives me strength to try and survive one more day if I want to and helps me feel more safe in this world.

I'm a grown ass woman - a really old grown ass woman. I come to this site because it is the ONLY place where I can talk to people who understand how I feel and don't judge me. If there is some dumbass kid on this site, I blame the parents - not admin or the creators of this site. At this point in time, this site is keeping me here. We have all now been silenced and censored. I will be looking to open an open forum wear nothing is taboo. Sure, create a new forum and then as soon as it gains traction and hits the news, you'll also be threatened with prosecution, the same as this site's owners. It's not their fault per se but a larger failing on behalf of free speech and an individual's right to choose their own death.

My point is, this will just keep happening until we all give up and move to Tor for this sort of stuff or there is a major shift in attitude towards right to die.

My child's "friends" and her stepfather were with her when she committed suicide (because the step-father molested her). The coroner and cops felt sorry for them. THey joked and said they got tired of watching her convulse. They each took turns sitting with her doing nothing while she was dying. So in the good old US it's ok

This is absolutely appalling. I am so, so sorry for your loss and for the cruel treatment your daughter endured by those who were supposed to love her. I have no words.
