Not only you get kidnapped from your peaceful non existence into a shithole world filled with horrors (the reality ITSELF is horrific to begin with, compared to non existence) but you also cannot even get euthanized without a stigma (despite having the means of) and all of that suicide prevention bullcrap and not being able to override your survival instinct which makes you be tormented on this bug planet where almost nothing good happens, and it's not as if we aren't 8 billion fucking cockroaches none of us is special and better than anyone else, obviously in my opinion procreation should be fucking illegal since existence serves no other purpose than creating suffering (in every kind of way) because survival of the species bla bla bla bullshit (for the sake of what? what purpose does this abomination serve other than creating sentient beings with the ability to having feelings) and it's extremely unethical since everyone gets kidnapped into a fucking shithole world only to suffer for no good reason (then again, in every kind of way you can imagine, whether you are rich, you live among jihadis, you are a poor french, it doesn't fucking matter) but you cannot convince a species that has evolved PRECISELY for SURVIVAL about that, people are gonna try to do their best to prevent an unconditional euthanasia to be legalized thanks to all of that "compassion" bullshit (oh you retards dying peacefully and going back into non existence is so horrific uhuhuhuhu) once you are born you are FUCKED UP, good luck to you trying to keep your mental sane.
Obviously if euthanasia wasn't so fucking tabouu and everyone who was born could get the fuck out of here in an instant without stigma I wouldn't hate humanity as much but since it insists on being a bigot the ethical thing would be to nuke this whole shithole of a planet down.
Why do people who didn't even choose to be born should go through extreme suffering just to go back into peace? How can humans be so cruel? Every, but mark my words, without an exception every living being on this bug planet is just a suffering machine. People act as if we are rational beings with free will but there's not even such a thing as free will, to begin with if humanity was RATIONAL at least a LITTLE BIT it would gone extinct, it would simply UNDERSTAND that creating a new sentient being is fucking retarded, it serves no purpose, but after going through some researches I've unfortunately came to the conclusion that we aren't the main character but our genes are, people make children subconciously so they can be immortal (which again makes no fucking sense, why the hell would you create someone who is gonna die anyways) and smartass scientists like Richard Dawkins (who think religions are bullshit but then goes on to glorify this crap called life) talk about how byitiful life is uhuhuhuhu we are lucky to be here bullshit, oh you fucking piece of shit "atheist" we are very lucky to be in a world filled with suicides, stress, anxiety, animals eating each other, at least we get to fucking jack off you dumb cunt. you can put your millions of dollars in your ass, hope you get to enjoy them, even though you are gonna die as well) now in my opinion stupid piece of shits called "parents" are the causes of every problem and people who lived without procreating and with the least harm as possible are merely victims of this shitty world

Extinction is an extreme, especially since you mention euthanasia in your post.

The question is why isn't euthanasia available and what can we do to make it available?

I couldn't agree more with your text. Unfortunately, there's no guarantee that humans will go extinct; even when the Sun grows large enough to swallow the Earth, we might manage to leave the solar system by then. However, the human population will certainly drop drastically in the coming decades—we're destroying everything (fortunately). I hope we at least drop below the billions.

Evolutionary conditioning. People are retarded to make children in the name of "love" just so they can have the "fear" of dying their whole lives, it seems very irrational to me but a species that has evolved to survive apparently is stupid enough to prefer to have a painful death instead of having access to one that is painless, since it is afraid of dying (then again why the fuck it would be, if it's painless and dignified, that I can't understand either)

Yeah, extinct? Unlikely, definitely not soon... Very close to extinction/drastically reduced numbers? In the coming decades, guaranteed, no matter what we do, and that's just the estimation RIGHT NOW with things only as bad as they are at this moment... and we already know nothing is getting better. (The Rich and Powerful love talking about a "great reset"...) Not even a doomer opinion, it's factually true. Humanity keeps creating more problems while ignoring the biggest ones. Don't Look Up is a movie that has become reality.

As much as I'd wish my least favorite animal on earth would go extinct, and soon, it's not going to happen, and the process is going to be slow, drawn-out, and painful. A slow rot. The helpless and vulnerable will go first, then the capable and strong, and what will be left will be a combination of the luckiest of us, and the absolute worst of us who hid away in their billionaire doomsday bunkers.

I don't think we're going to manage to leave the solar system, or even earth in my opinion. I guess I can't discredit how desperate and selfish the elites are, but I'm pretty certain climate change, war, global water shortages, and religion will ensure we don't infect other worlds. (I wonder if there's an alien out there somewhere spying on us and reading this yelling "EXACTLY!" in an exasperated tone.)

I agree with this post and also the general sentiment of throwing the baby out with the bathwater when it comes to humanity. Give Mother Earth a fucking break and let her heal.

Haha well said. I find a lot of things insane too.

I just think that wishing extinction is an extreme.
If somebody wants to participate in this, good for them. L
If somebody doesn't want to, they should have access to euthanasia.

Trying to understand why people are so against euthanasia, educating people should be the goal, not wishing them to be extinct.

I wish all life would go extinct, and not just humanity. This whole planet needs to be destroyed before any living thing can have a chance to escape from it. If the sun went supernova, that would be ideal.

All I can say for sure is, I hate my parents for bringing me into this hellhole we call Earth. My mother should've been shot when she was still pregnant with me. If only she would've been then I wouldn't have had to suffer through a life I never consented to, after being brought into it kicking and screaming and always thinking about death my whole life, even before I was suicidal. Beautiful post.

Fuck Mother Earth. Even if humans went extinct, wild animals would still eat each other alive and be tortured in the process. Insects would still wage wars over their stupid colonies and hives, and the world would still be hell. Burn it all I say. The whole world needs to burn.

I see here's someone even more extreme than myself - the difference between antinatalism and efilism (I guess?).
When will humanity finally go extinct? Not soon enough, since "soon enough" would have been long ago...

But I do believe that life serves a purpose, it has to be this way (which will be revealed only after the fact). And I do believe that life can be beautiful - just not human life.
I'd be against nuking the planet, since it's home to millions of other species who all have far older rights to be here. Humanity has absolutely no right to control any of them, nor to own the planet, and humanity never had the right to cause the extinction of any other species, let alone of THOUSANDS!

I also have to disagree about none of us being better than anyone else - there are lots of severely fucked-up people out there!
There's those of us who wish for freedom, not only for themselves but for all living beings. And there's those who actively and intentionally cause suffering and who, among other things, have established the laws and taboo against choice, against euthanasia, while at the same time they're torturing and murdering countless innocent animals.

I love the Earth - I hate and despise humanity.

I totally agree, I also think that way, I forgot to add that, this is the worst of all possible worlds. If it was a little worse than that, life couldn't sustain itself.
Having a consciousness is a terrible thing, you go through an enormous amount of traumas in your life, and then, the horror of dying. Then the fact that we can't just fucking die peacefully in our sleep but instead HAVE TO go through horrors of dying, trying to find a way IN SECRET (because you can't talk about that with any motherfucker), you can't just go and ask to be peacefully EUTHANIZED, I remember when I tried my luck obviously had to go through are you insane bullshit nanana and he also asked me if I don't want to create a family.
Mf why the fuck would I? What even is the purpose of kidnapping someone from non existence into this extremely chaotic entropic hellhole filled with horrors, as if I wasn't abused by my parents as well in my childhood, people don't think life is a fairy magical adventure do they? It's a horror show, the amount of suffering a living being goes through their life is just fucking insane, not that it would ever justify procreating.
Then again all of that could be redeemed a little bit if there was an unconditional euthanasia for everyone but considering the fact that we live in the worst of all possible worlds obviously there isn't and there will never be. There's nothing "great" to achieve in this shitty world, it's a never ending meatgrinder, you reach peace only when you die, which unfortunately doesn't happen very pleasantly.
And EVERYTHING but EVERYTHING about this shitty civilization is just TERRIBLE. You CANNOT live without working. You cannot OPT out in a peaceful dignified official manner.
Breeders have the bloods of billions on their hands, they condamned billions of people to suffering just to spread on their pathetic genes, then they talk about some free will bullshit as if billions of people didn't procreate over and over and over again, look at me Im a free woman! I want a child because... I dont know, because Im a magical being, not because my ape brain just conditions me to. Breeders are the mere slaves of their "genes" and evolution, they breed so their shitty genes could pass on and then they call that crap "love", this whole planet needs to burn down, survival of the stupidest.

I completely agree with that statement; life itself is suffering. It's not just human beings who do evil; nature itself is evil, and the best path is for there to be no life at all.

I really don't know if you know about the extreme suffering people go through, it looks like you speak from a "privileged" point.
People abuse each other all the time, then in wild nature animals eat each other, abuses at work, at home... Come on.
Life is always gonna be a shitty thing, because it's always gonna be about all sentient beings waging a war against each other to sustain their existence, that's unfortunately just the "nature" of life, there's nothing to love about this shitty planet.
The very "nature" of life itself IS a problem.
I can't wait until the day I quit this hellhole, it was a very worthless experience.

Always has been, always will be, no amount of technological advancement or whatever could change the terrible nature of life, our flesh prison is a very big problem, and obviously the extremely unpredictable enthropic nature of life, there is never, and there can NEVER be absolute peace for the living.
I can't wait to die and finally reach peace, which the process could be peaceful if only I had access to euthanasia.

We'll probably last way more than you'd think. Even if we do scatter the nukes there will always be some amount of human life somewhere that could potentially repopulate. Just like cockroaches, we're very hard to get rid of, it's more or less our only innate purpose.

We need to help make it happen ASAP, by spreading the gospel of anti-natalism. Make it universally known that procreating is sin. We will be the saviors of millions upon millions of lives that will never have to experience a single day of suffering on this broken planet..

Yeah, I'm so privileged that my entire family got murdered by fucking humans. My chosen family. Because the human parasites think they had a right to do that to other animals they don't like - after invading and destroying everyone else's habitats and then having the nerve to call OTHER animals "invasive species"!

And I sure do hate being trapped in a flesh prison too, but for the most part because humans are the ugliest and most pathetic species among all other animals. No other species is this slow and weak in proportion to size. Humans are disgusting.

Even if we were to go extinct, we would still leave many living beings behind to suffer; the best-case scenario would be for our species to completely destroy this planet—rather than just disappearing. If our species united to completely destroy this planet, that would surely be our greatest act of empathy toward animals: an Earth incapable of harboring any form of life is the true utopia.

Well we are good at that considering the fact that we made lots of animals go extinct.
Unfortunately, while we make them go extinct, we make other humans suffer.

Exactly. My comment was partially meant to convey that extinction will never happen unless it's by natural or cosmic catastrophe. We will suffer in it until the day we die. Which will probably be at least a couple more decades for almost all of us. Ain't that just fun to think about?

What purpose does life serve? Why does it has to be this way - animals eating each other alive and dying in natural disasters, and why is it only going to be revealed in the future? Nature is completely fucked. While life CAN be beautiful sometimes, it doesn't mean it is even MOSTLY that way. While other animals may have rights to be here that humans do not, you have to realize that exterminating all species on Earth ends ALL suffering. You should be all for it, unless you want non-human animals to be tortured for no other purpose than their predators' survival.

The Earth is a disgusting, rotten hellhole, with or without humans on it. The whole thing needs to be destroyed.

Philosophers and scientists have speculated for centuries about the purpose, so I certainly can't do more than speculate either. But I do believe that consciousness is fundamental, and this physical embodiment may serve the purpose of individuation - basically for you to become the personality you are.
Much of our suffering here is connected to the linear nature of time. I think when we leave this physical plane we'll exit this linear time. I've often wondered, what if time had three dimensions like space does, in which to freely move? Near-death experiencers report that time is "very different" on the Other Side, pointing to this being a true possibility.

The other day I was thinking of the metaphor of knitting a fabric. Every day being like a stitch in the fabric, but while you're living you can't see your previous stitches, but only when you cross over will the full fabric be revealed.

Personally, I don't wish for nonexistence but I long for FREEDOM, that's what I hope to find on the Other Side.
