Method When to take benzo (lorazepam) with SN?

I am doing the STAT method.

Depends how much you're taking. If it's a lot then no more than an hour before. If its a more modest dose that won't knock you out I'd say a couple of hours. Maybe 1.5. That's what I would do. Others would probably say 30mins but as peak plasma levels are around 2hrs in I think 2hrs makes sense.

Hm, someone said one hour before drinking SN. I was gonna take 2mg. Is this fine?
