I believe that anyone and everyone who is reasonably competent (not in some state of "temporary insanity") should have the right to obtain euthanasia services. And, simply wanting to die should NOT be used as criteria to decide one's competency.

We're a long way from that, but either my life is "my own" to decide when to end... or it is not. It seems to me that we're not "granted" the most basic human right if we can't choose when to die.

Whatever they are, I doubt most of them are pleasant.
