Help When do you message DMC?

Hey yall, considering buying from DMC. At what point do you dm on whattsapp? Before purchasing or after just to let him know you've sent your payment?
And how common is it for him to ask for id to verify age? The website says they only sell to 21+ but I'm 18. I've heard that he doesn't actually gaf but I just want to make sure

He was the one who contacted me. I didn't receive it yet, but he didn't ask me anything about my identity or my age. It could be, tho, because I paid through Airbnb and they already shared my info with them.

I'm not sure, I'm only telling my own experience.

DMC is a source to buy SN. In SaSu you can't share sources directly, but there's enough info in some threads to find it by yourself.

I've never heard of him questioning or verifying age, though I've never tried to purchase SN so I have no personal experience. I'd imagine is probably there as a sort of protection from prosecution or questioning via law enforcement.
