When are you planning to cbt?

Any specific date or time? Any reason for that date? Or are you just gonna go at random?

I'm planning on ctb July 1st. Just seems like a nice rounded date. It's after two birthdays in my family, so I can give them a nice day before I go.

There are a few things that need to happen
1. I get off corticosteroids (seems to be a min of 2 weeks from now)
2. I get off proton pump inhibitors and am off them for two weeks (seems to be a min of 6 weeks from now)
3. The lockdown ends in my country (May 5th is the current date)
4. I need for the people I share the house with to leave for a night
5. All of the above and the real desire to end it so I can overcome SI

I'm basically waiting for the stars to align

Was planning to go on 28th of june, but after more mistakes and even more accelerated mental deterioration I'm devising a new plan that is set for two weeks from now. Fuck, even thinking about having to live for those two weeks sounds absolutely awful.
