Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Yeah, walnuts are amazing, and you can make a very good liquor from them.
Too bad that piece of shit has never produced anything that wasn't either unripe, bitter, rotten or mouldy. Just like, you know...me.

A local Vietnamese stores sells boiled peanuts in the shell. Really good for something different.
But oooh, the picture of the Oven-baked Cashews with Marmite looks good. I have a jar of Marmite that I never opened (and I've never tried Marmite before), so I need to get me some cashews. And an oven!

Brazil nut is my favourite... It contains very high dosage of selenium which is good for some(?) thyroid diseases...
"The good news is that supplementing with selenium at a therapeutic dosage has been found to reduce thyroid antibodies, reduce thyroid symptoms, and improve overall well-being "
My pop-pop used to have a dish of walnuts and we would spend an hour or so to crack and eat them. I like the taste, mainly because of the effort to get it. Mild, nutty, sweet.
Makes sense most people love cashews. Because cashews are expensive as hell. I used to love cashews but I found other nuts that are more pleasing to me.
Macadamia and cashews were my fave, I say were, as now my gastrics so bad cant eat hardly anything now. Macadamia's are very expensive in UK, got to be dearest nut, although pine nuts are very dear too, only get tiny bag.
