I would personally prefer to just be cremated and then forgotten about, I could never wish to be remembered at all but if I had to choose something I would write "finally at rest".

I'd like a blank gravestone in the corner which slowly crumbled away in the darkness. Every few years, someone would find it on a rainy night, and wonder who rested beneath. And I would never have to wonder, because I would be dead.

I'd rather not have a grave as I don't really care what happens to my body after I'm dead. Just another empty meat and bones vessel of something that was already empty to begin with. But if I had to, I'd choose something simple and nothing too fancy or wordy.
Unfortunately the cemetery I'd like to be buried in requires a marker of some kind. If it weren't for that I'd too want no stone and to be forgotten. Right now I'm thinking of it having a self-given nickname (if allowed) my birth and death year, and some nerdy quote at the bottom.
