What would you suggest for people of low birth who demand justice?
I've seen threads debating eugenics, including a thread with a poll, and "no" wins.
For my part, I created another thread, on an alternative to eugenics, that is to say the possibility of suing parents, doctors, the country, administrations, to obtain compensation for the damage (even if reparations cannot necessarily be commensurate with the damage, which can be inestimable, of a destroyed life), and not necessarily monetary reparation, but the obligation, for example to accede to the person's request (and free of charge) to change marital status, deny one's parents (cut ties), provide the means to voluntarily disappear, change sex (case of people who do not recognize themselves in their biological gender), to access any care and surgery, even cosmetic, at their request, and even to access any means of CTB, euthanasia, wherever and whenever the person wants, and in the way they want. This means "you can procreate, but the child will have the last word, think before, don't be selfish parents"
On this thread, with a poll too, the "no" also came out, despite the absence of eugenics.
So, suddenly, if eugenics is discouraged (or hated), and the judicial alternative (without eugenics) is also rejected, what do you propose to all people of low birth who want justice? What can you do when faced with parents determined to have children knowing that these children will live badly, disabled, rejected, live hell...?
For people who answer "no" to these two polls, are there solutions that could suit, satisfy, everyone (thinking of poorly born people too)?
Solutions in life, for people who would like to live in any case, because CTB, euthanasia is not the only solution, that is to say "too bad, you were born badly, you can die" .
On the other hand, all people, regardless of their life, who wish to die, more and more people are fighting to legalize active assistance in dying, everywhere in the world, it will already be a win, if the laws change , but there is still a long battle ahead.
