What would you like your gravestone to say?

I am thinking of preparing instructions to make sure no one feels obligated to give me any more then a paupers cremation and grave stone. Since I'm poor that's all I really deserve anyway and I won't be around to care.

I was thinking it would be fun to write something vague and weird for people in the future to consider. One of my favorite past times in high school was finding interesting cemeteries and reading old gravestones.

Pondering something like "Sorry but I'll be leaving before you."

What would you like your headstone to say?

Honestly idk I don't expect anyone to visit me while I'm still alive except my partner. I will go in ashes urn to be forgotten forever.

I know that's too long for a gravestone, but it's one of my bad jokes that I'm most proud of and is a good representation of the kind of thing I want. Catching people off guard and maybe entertaining them.

Personally don't want a grave stone and not be buried either. Ideally, my ashes h out at sea or else thrown out in the mountains. Returning to nature, so to speak. I feel a grave is a waste. Our lifetime is minuscule in the grand scheme of things, so is that of those people who may remember us. Soon we are all forgotten anyway.

I would prefer to just be cremated and forgotten about. A gravestone would not be necessary.

I've often said that I wanted an enormous black slab of a gravestone, with little bitty letters carved in it so you have to get really close to see what it says. What it says is:

I'm thinking of leaving my family a note where I'd tell them which picture I'd like to have on the gravestone, but it seems super selfish and I'm already hurting them so much and putting a burden on them. The picture doesn't really matter. I wish I could fix myself so that they'd remember me fondly. And I guess a good picture won't help me achieve this eh. It's a good picture tho.

I don't want a headstone. Burn me and spread my ashes or do a green burn and add my ashes to a new tree. I can't think about rotting away in a grave. Seems like a waste. Granted I'm a waste by living.
