Im prob too scared but im in the worst situation ever having my suicide attempt ruined (its not as easy at all as just leaving & trying again). Ive NEVER considered hanging, always said I couldnt, sadly that still likely applies but I feel like the world has fallen apart and I wanna try.

My mind isnt in the best place to try hunt out correct info on how to hang myself. Ile probably have to use the bathroom curtain metal rail, idk if its strong enough but im 58kgs so at least im not 100kgs which would be too much to hold me.

I would recommend getting an actual rope but if you absolutely can't for whatever reason then the "best" option is the leather bag but even then, it's just the least shit one.

You will fail outright trying to use the cable and the plastic bag. Don't bother.

Many successful attempts used clothes or even bed sheets, see if you can make ropes out if those.

In my experience, most shower curtain hangers are shoddily made. Please test yours before attempting.

Plastic bag will do nothing but fail! The cord is nowhere near strong enough either, you could probably stretch it to the point of breaking with just your arms, let alone putting real weight on it. The leather strap is the least bad in my opinion. I, personally, wouldnt trust a shower curtain rod for anything other than the weight of a shower curtain. I have very little faith that they would be any stronger than the bare minimum to hold up a thin piece of fabric.
