What would be the best remedy for NS symptoms? Benzodiazepines/Sedatives

Just looking for something to beat survival instinct

I'm taking both benzos and sedatives before SN. Ativan and Seroquel specifically. Plus the recommended antacids and anti emetics. I'll do anything I can to remain chill and calm throughout.

The most sedating things I've ever had are mirtazapine (remeron in US), diphenhydramine and Xanax - Mirtazapine when you first take it without any tolerance is very sedating in 20 mins or so, coupled with diphen and Xan would be my choice - snorted heroin was incredibly calming and sedating for me, I'd probably add that too, if it were me
