What will happen?

So I am cutting my cheek and I think i hit a bit of a nerve. My lips are kinda tingly. I wander what'll happen if I cut through the whole nerve. Like, will I loose feeling in just my lips or in my cheek and lips? If so how much feeling would I loose? Will it heal naturally? Well, ig time will tell.
