from google "The minimal lethal dose in humans of the yew plant is 0.6-1.3 g/kg, which equates to 3.0-6.5 mg/kg of taxine assuming 5 mg of taxine per gram of yew." i wouldnt do this

Do you mean of the seeds per kilogram of weight?

Unfortunately I don't know what else to do.

According to Google, when it says 'x' / kg, the kg is your weight. So in the above example of 1.3g/kg, if you weigh 60 kg, you would theoretically need 78 grams if seed. That sounds like a lot of yew seeds to digest and no guarantee each seed will contain the same amount of the poison.

I have eaten 40 yew seeds in rapid succession before, symptoms were: feeling cold, shakiness
Nothing else, the poison wasn't as potent as described in literature

They were bitter and crunchy
Allegedly there was supposed to be vomiting and diarrhea, but there was none of that
