In some hot countries we have fans where we can tie the noose of the rope so as to hang ourself. But in France, no such fans are available as the weather is not hot. So, what in the ceiling should I tie my noose to for hanging in France? Also, the ceiling of the room is very high so I don't know how to hang myself! The pain is just too much to bear now!

Can you please give some tips on how to do hanging in France?

I guess you don't have any beam/girder you could use in your home ? It's not my personal choice but if I had to hang myself, since I'm in a typical french appartment, I guess I could only do it hanged to a door or something like that. Or maybe I could find some abandoned barn with huge beams and do it there.

Again I'm far from being the best informed when it comes to hanging but I hope I helped.

I don't have a ceiling fan either so the railings on the stairwell are my best option at the moment. Though we do have beams in the laundry room.

you can use the metal bar that are in most closets, probably not for full suspension though
