Help What to use as anchor point for full suspension inside house?

I want to do full suspension instead of partial but I can't think of anything to use for an anchor point inside my house. Only thing I can think of is tying a knot on my door handle and then I hang myself on the other side of the door, but my door handle is too weak for that. Going out of my house to find a tree etc. is not an option, it has to be done inside my house. I am 65kg

Depending on if you live alone go up in the attic and find a support beem. Make some holes through the ceiling.
