If we're talking about reality as a whole, the best thing to wish for would be a total removal of all consciousness, and somehow a total containment of all consciousness from ever appearing. But that's just a kind of maximally ideal fantasy wish sort of thing.

If we're talking about Earth only... something would have to go "wrong" where someone benevolent(or pro-socially psychopathic) were to somehow gain totalitarian control over the world, annihilate the power structure, and engineer a genuinely benevolent species that is somehow persistently immune to the reality of covert evil being the winning strategy in our world.

But it's a little bit like articulating the problem of predators in the wild and asking, "What would need to happen for the Zebras and all the other herbivores to be truly free from the Lions? Well... something... would have to happen, where the irredeemable things at the top of the power structure, the lions, were eradicated, and the Zebras somehow ensured that they themselves did not just turn into the "new Lions" with time, while also not finding themselves the victims of some future "Lions 2.0" that would appear with a matter of time" And it all just becomes a kind of fantasy scenario just like the first one where we're asking a genie for a wish.
Yeah, even if the world was perfect overnight, it would take people being able to trust enough that it was in order not to take precautions in the form of hoarding etc not to fuck it up almost immediately... because you can't really blame them for it but then everyone does it and next thing you know it's March 2020 and you can't find toilet paper...

When AI is becoming more practical, we may soon find out why consciousness exists. I guess machines without feeling may be even more ruthless and psychopathic than the most extreme human. If nature is a machine, adding consciousness to the otherwise mechanical human being probably makes them the most loyal humble obedient slaves for tilling the soil.

I'd want human behavior to eliminate cancerous traits and not only for ethical reasons as we are used to behave in our daily lives, but I mean on a neurological level. To elaborate further, I wish people would stop justifying some of their acts because they can compare themselves to animals, therefore thinking that some behaviors can or should be normalized. Also behavioral models or personality traits that human acquire as a result of abuse or some kind of other psychological neglect projected onto them. For the reasons that these things eventually solidify somewhere deep in their minds and then are being passed on as some kind of wicked legacy under a name of culture or some other ethical bullshit.

Honestly, I'm not sure. What about you?
I think it would drop. Capitalism stimulates the worst part of our being. Its designed to have 5% of winners and the rest been trapped in an endless rat race.

The elites should pay their taxes instead of hanging around in their billion dollar yachts and siphoning the souls of their workers.

Compassion for one another. The world would be such a better place if we could just leave all of our prejudices at the door. You don't need to understand or go through what others have in order to show kindness, respect and care for each other.

Linda has a beautiful take on that @Linda thank you for sharing!! đź’•

Unfortunately as long as power and control exist I just don't see anything changing down here. I have yet to see a system work for everyone and there will always be people who want the power and control and will do anything to get and keep it. If we all started treating everyone how we wanted to be treated we could at least make our areas a little better. But it would take everyone agreeing to do it and so many just don't care.
