Mine is probably the one s that tri es to make you more positive, like "write 10 thing s you like about yourself" or "write compliment s to yourself and hang them on your mirror." Do no t get me wr ong, if these thing s actually help you, then good for you, but it does absolutely noth ing for me. I have had a couple post it notes with compliment s on my mirror for over a year and I still ha te myself as much as I did then, if anything I ha te myself even more. I have ne ver understood how these thing s are supposed to help honestly. :/
