What rope is recommended for partial suspension?

My date is soon. I'm tired of this shit.

I went and bought some. Apparently it can hold up to 200+ lbs so I think it'll work for partial suspension. I'm going to not take my meds cause it tapers off my suicidal urges. I hope I can finally end it all on the 4th next month.
