• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Currently just wondering what my chances of recovery are, I know it is hard to say with 100% certainty but was wondering what factors make it harder or easier. I have been living with severe depression for over 1.5 years had to drop out cause of it. Have been exercising daily, meds, meditating, journalling, therapy, eating healthy (even went keto).... but I would say I'm still struggling.

Factors that I think don't help me: I've been through physical trauma from family up until this day. I'm LGBT and also 22. Both siblings have severe mental illness.
