What pills/OD combinations are most lethal?

Been studying the PPH 2022 edition, aware of nembutal and amitriptyline, not sure if amitriptyline is able to obtain reliably off the dark web. Are there other drugs/pills that are accessible that are also fatal? What drugs/pills are fatal that may not be as obvious? I'm open to whatever as long as it is accessible and generally effective without requiring excessive amounts of work

Yes, it's PoM in the UK but there are "gray" pharmacies that will sell it without prescription (and other stuff like benzos and sleep medication). There are a lot of scams out there too so take some time and check reviews and start with a small test order.

Since you've studied the PPH since 2022, I'm curious as to why you haven't opted for the SN method? This will be my method, it seems very reliable. The more I read about it the more confident I am.

Because it seems to me that SN is tough to obtain, I'm not sure to what extent people are selling it, when I have looked for it it has been generally sold by suppliers with very tough restrictions

It definitely depends on which country you're located in too
