Help what pill/medicine should I use for an effective overdose

im planning to ctb by overdose but don't really have that much in my medicine cabinet that would work
if I end up going through with it what should I go buy to get it done effectively

Amitriptyline and chloroquine are the only remotely viable and effective choices per the PPH, but there are better alternatives. Ami, for example, takes too long and there's more chances for someone to ruin your plans. Chloro, on the other hand, is more effective and accessible, but it's reportedly very painful without benzos.
