That's really difficult to monitor. You can't exactly confirm anything because people are anonymous and well, gone.

Some members have a goodbye thread, so you can reasonably assume they have passed. But you will never know how many members go without sharing it. Nor the amount of guests/visitors who ctb without making an account.

There is a list though of SN suicides, but we can't know if this list is "complete".

It's impossible to say, since we can't usually verify. Most remain anonymous. But if you search for goodbye threads, you'll find there are a lot that at least appear to have.

It's hard to have an accurate number and since there is no way to verify it beyond a reasonable doubt, one could assume that there are some who actually successfully CTB'd. I don't believe we actually know unless the person or someone who knows the person has confirmed a members' CTB.
