I'm going to get shot down for saying this unpopular choice, but I'd go for train, although in an ideal world euthanasia.

My ideal is to use a gun. But i have absolutely no chance of getting hold of one.
Sadly taht only leaves non instantaneous and more unpleasant methods like hanging. But then again, surely its worth just a little pain to escape this world.
