I'm really no expert but it's been discussed on here a fair bit. It's called VSED. Voluntarily stopping eating and drinking.

As I understand it terminally ill or elderly people do it under medical supervision and are sometimes put under sedation throughout the process.

People say it can be horrible. I haven't done it so I can't say.

The PPeH doesn't mention it at all.

I was considering it but changed my mind.
which is your preferred method now?

It would be N if I had it. So SN. But it's obviously a very personal decision. Depending on circumstances.

I wish you well.

Exit bag or SN. I'm afraid of getting the materials for either, though, because I live with my boyfriend, and don't want him to find out. I've also thought about hanging because it just feels easier--the materials are already at my house.

I'm also afraid of fucking up with all of these methods. Then I'll be in a more fucked position.

Yes--I won't let anybody stay with me because I cannot hide the Nitro tank(its 69 lbs)from them

Exit bag. But the logistics is hard for me. If that doesn't work, SN.

Is it hard to get nitrogen?

if you dont mind
No, it was easy--[REDACTED] from the upper midwest--takes about 2 or 3 weeks--But they only had the big tank, 120 cuft, which is equal to 3000 liters, way more than is needed, total cost about $390

You need 600 liters at least--That's 22 cuft--Exit bag megathread has all the info--15 liters per minute Nitrogen Flow is the minimum--Greenberg is the expert on that thread---2000 to 2200 PSI is what the tank reads when you turn it on--All connections must be strong--Testing for leaks and purity is easy, just your own Oximeter, Oxygen number should collapse from 98 to 45 after just 5 breaths from the filled bag--More than that, and you soon just pass out peacefully, letting the Nitrogen do its work

My method is SN since I already have it. However, if not SN then I'd go full suspension because partial failed me last time.

Would you be willing to tell me what death by SN is suppose to be like? I saw something about it on the megathread but it sounded very scientific, and wasn't that clear if it was painful or what

I'm no expert but supposed to be painless you get tired then die something to do with the sn stripping you're blood of red blood cells something like methaemoglobinaemia that's what google says.

La verdad, yo no sé porque método empezar, yo quiero morir de una manera silenciosa e indolora, mi vida ha sido lo suficientemente dolorosa como para morir en dolor.

Qué me recomiendan? No quiero que mi gente sepa lo que voy a hacer por lo cual quiero algo rápido y seguro de qué vaya a funcionar… gracias por escucharme, si me pueden dar consejos estaría agradecida

It's not an incredibly reliable method as your SI will really kick in.

I think there was a story a few years ago of a 16 year old girl that killed herself by starving herself for 60 days or some shit. To think people have to resort to these measures.....

No lo sé, no me convence, pero gracias por las sugerencias. Creo que podría tardar lo suficiente como para que la gente se dé cuenta de lo que haces, pero gracias

Most likely SN, just haven't been able to find a source. My second next method is a makeshift inert gas exit bag method I came up with, but there is a risk of survival as it can cause seizures and I'm not sure how to surpass that risk.

Basically it makes it so that your blood stops carrying oxygen. Your blood pressure drops, you pass out and then die. It's supposed to be painless, but like most methods it's not perfect. The best thing about SN is that it won't give you a brain damage if you fail.
