What meds could I get from the doctor to OD on?

So I've had a few overdoses, the ones that nearly worked was an OD on tramadol and another one on a huge amount of quetiapine, codeine plus some vodka. I can't get any of these meds, at least in the amounts I need. I can get quetiapine which I take now but I only take 50-100mg a day. Last time it took 6 months of stock piling 100-150 mg a day to get enough. I need some kind of fake illness I can use to go to the doctor and say I need a prescription for something to treat it. Does anyone know of what med I could try get and what excuse I could use? I thought about going and saying I need a prescription for quetiapine cause I can't see my psychiatrist but I think the hospital and doctors systems are linked and she might be able to see I literally saw her a few weeks ago.
Or does anyone know how I would go about finding a drug dealer in my area?
