It's a matter of choice. Some prefer chocolate I will prefer alcohol myself. What make of chocolate or brand of alcohol depends on the individual.

So...I've used my 1,4B a little bit to test it. The taste is bitter and the texture is weird. I'm not sure how it compares to N. But I found a magic trick - pop a tortilla chip in your mouth after. The salt just takes away any yucky taste. Wonder if this would work for N too?

I would think any kind of milk chocolate would be sufficient, dark chocolate does have an unmistakable bitter overtone, which makes it somewhat of an acquired taste. ... A simple explanation for this would be the high cocoa content in dark chocolates. In case of more popular alternatives such as white or milk chocolate, the sugar content is much higher than cocoa solids.
I soft chocolate with a mint flavour would be pleasant, I would avoid any containing a solid core such as nuts as this could possibly cause choking.

I tested it myself.

The best thing in my view is honey before and after. Just a scoop of it with a table spoon.

Its sweet enough and liquid to cover your inner mouth and troath.
