Whatever the pink grapefruit gelato/icecream i got once at a small cold dessert place was. That shit was guuuuuuud.
In the normal store bought things, probably just yee ol pistachio, with an unhealthy amount of hardening chocolate.

There's a place near my house which has like 2 dozen flavors, regular ones as well as novelty ones. I'm going through the list ordering one per week. They have some cool (pun not intended) toppings too. Last week I tried the "cotton candy" ice cream with nuts and mango pulp toppings. Tasted extremely weird but I loovveed it!

I haven't had them for years, but I used to love the vanilla ones coated with caramelized almonds (sometimes with a smooth milk chocolate coating) and also the lemon ones (but not too acidic, rather sweet and fresh).

Once has this hazelnut gelato and pistachio once in San Gimignano and it tasted really amazing (they proclaimed to be the best gelatoshop and with my lack of gelato experience. I shall agree with that)
