Recently, I've pretty much lost interest in a lot of stuff that I used to love; gaming, listening to music, watching shows, etc.
But reading is always there for me
it allows me to daydream easier lol. Since I'm not working right now, I just spend most of my day reading or writing stories for fun. Which probably sounds really boring to most people 
but it keeps me from going fully crazy.

The most effective is probably comfort eating but then, I hate gaining weight.
Music is maybe the one pleasure that doesn't have negatives.
I still enjoy lots though: films, games, this forum, YouTube. Again though- most of that is procrastinating- which I love but, it's when I ought to be doing other more productive things- like I ought to be right now! So, it's like there's so often a sting in the tail.
