If there is not any fasting, I guess the vomiting is more and the absorbtion takes a while? Basically I want to know what changes there would be in attempt if there is no fasting.
some people have died from accidental SN poisoning after having a meal laced with too much SN, so foregoing fasting isn't guaranteed to significantly reduce the lethality of the method, just makes the process more drawn out and unpredictable, I suppose. As the other person noted, it does help to have an empty stomach because SN induces nausea and vomiting. Better to dry heave than vomit it all out.
