• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

How does it help with the whole process?

it's to make sure your small intestine is empty of food, so the SN solution when it passes from the stomach into the small intestine is quickly absorbed into the body.

It also reduces nausea and vomiting if your stomach is empty.

If there is not any fasting, I guess the vomiting is more and the absorbtion takes a while? Basically I want to know what changes there would be in attempt if there is no fasting.

some people have died from accidental SN poisoning after having a meal laced with too much SN, so foregoing fasting isn't guaranteed to significantly reduce the lethality of the method, just makes the process more drawn out and unpredictable, I suppose. As the other person noted, it does help to have an empty stomach because SN induces nausea and vomiting. Better to dry heave than vomit it all out.
