I'm going to turn this question around a bit (for a reason) and say what the greatest things people have done for me. When I got laid off from my first job a friend bought me dinner. A woman at a job networking group saw that I was upset and gave me a hug. Those acts were insignificant to them but they meant a whole lot to me. They likely don't remember doing it. Back to the original question the most impactful things I have done for others could very well have been very small acts I did when someone was going through a difficult time - a small act of kindness or some encouraging words.

Try to console people or even offer to help in any way I can.even small thing for people.
I think just really simple mundane things
