Some people have better luck living in this world and experience the world as a world of opportunities while others feel very blocked and unable to develop and grow.

That would explain normies and NPCs. They seem to go with the flow and accept things rather than rebelling against them. Normies are content even if they're mediocre and average. They live on autopilot and just do what they have to do. NTs are better adjusted to this world than NDs for sure
