It's good that you can motivate yourself in this way, if you're deeply depressed and/ or anxious, it's very difficult to do stuff. I have these but also chronic fatigue, and spend far too much time in bed. It can do a little bit of good to just get out now and then. It really is a case of one small step at a time.Yes. Me too. I will be forcing myself to go outside and take short walks this winter. Because I can't find anything that interests me when I'm in the gutter, so I figure maybe some forced exercise to at least help me feel like I've accomplished something.
