what happens if SN fails through Vomiting?
Just want to know if SN method fails by vomiting, is there will be serious health issue and need to admit in the hospital? what about the next steps, just make sure to be safe instead of getting caught by police/counselling.

If you vomit and are concerned (wanting to be saved), then even if you vomit you should call the Hospital. People who have vomited have passed on from SN.

You should have a second glass ready. There are no serious health issues as long as you do not get caught and call the ambulance. Please follow the guide to SN to minimize issues.
