What happens exactly during Nitrogen?

I have read a lot of info, it saya it goes like this:

1. loss of consciousness
2. cardiac arrest
3. brainstem damage?

But won't you feel pain when youre heart is arresting or your brainstem is being damaged?

I hate physical pain. Im scared help pls

Should I take extra sleeping pills and alcohol so it decreases likelihood of pain?

Good questions but there are no reports of any brain damage from failed Nitrogen/Exit Bag CTB's---Greenberg on the Mega Thread could answer your other questions

You lose consciousness quite rapidly because of the sudden absence of oxygen in the air you breathe in. No consciousness, no pain.

There is risk of damage to organs like your brain because it is not receiving oxygen. Risk isn't even the right word… your brain WILL be damaged. That's how you die. Don't let people lie to you just because there "aren't reports" with this method when failed. The longer your brain goes without oxygen, the more damage is done. That's why there's emphasis on doing this method properly and being 100% committed to it after starting. Having something go wrong after several minutes of oxygen deprivation would be disastrous.

There's no pain because you're unconscious, like almost anasthesia in the hospital---But of course your brain is being damaged, you're killing it, you just won't know it---The only risk is if you possess a Nitrogen tank that is not full(or huge leaks)and the flow into the bag is stopped or interrupted, or somebody shows up---The clear plastic tubing(make sure it hard plastic not squishy) must be secure to the bag, and not allowed to be blocked after you pass out, must keep Nitrogen flowing--Also the Nitrogen tank must be secure(mine is still in the box)you don't want it too fall,its highly pressurized
