Warframe is probably the main reason why I haven't CTBed by now. The game makes me feel powerful, independent and like I mean something especially towards my clan. There is always something to look forward to wether it's crafting a new frame or content.

Plus who doesn't love sexy superpowered ninja robots?

Well yeah I agree the game is great. Also its true it gives a sense of power and purpose with so many thing to reach out for. Making the frames more powerful etc. I did enjoyed it. But like everything else its just not enough anymore. I am glad I got to experienced it.

I used to game a lot more. I don't much anymore.
The last game I got into is minecraft. I had a couple of friends to play with -- but they're gone now, and I can never touch minecraft again.

I play Breath of the Wild on my Switch. And that's about it most of the time. There was a really long time where I didn't even play that. I own Smash Ultimate and also Mario Kart 8 Deluxe but I haven't played those in a while. Took some Wii games out from the library, most recently Rhythm Heaven Fever and Punch-Out. Also kind of started playing other Legend of Zelda games for the gameboy and DS but haven't recently.

If you can believe it I am too lazy for games and also way too anxious to play games most of the time. For BotW I forced myself to continue playing and now I'm really overpowered and beat the game so I don't get as much anxiety about it. Mario Kart is also pretty easy but again, I'm just a reeeaaal lazy piece of shit.

Just started playing Days Gone. I prefer to play large open world single player games I can lose myself in.
How do you like it compared to Far Cry 5 or Primal? I just watched a few gameplay videos of it on youtube and the graphics really seem impressive. Lots of cut scenes. I usually hate overdone zombies stuff but I'm intrigued. I hope it comes out on torrents soon lol.

I mainly play TBS (Turn Based Strategy) and RPG (Role Playing Games) games. I do seldomly play retro-FPS games such as Wolfenstein 3D and Doom I and II. However, for retro-FPS games, I oftenly play modded games as they are often really well done and fun to play.

I haven't played either of those but I've played previous Far Crys and although it has similar elements to it gameplay wise, I'm enjoying this much more than those games. The graphics are indeed some of the best I've seen this gen.

I was bummed out to learn that it's only for PS4 right now? What a shame. I hope it gets to PC sometime, and then pirated to torrents, yarr!

Wolfenstein 3d was my first game I ever played when it came out in 92 and I was 6. It was so mind blowing at the time. Doom as well, loved those games, and Duke Nukem 1, 2, 3d, Heretic, etc. You should really try the new Doom and Wolfenstein games, you have a bit of catching up to do. They're amazing!

Last game I played was Half Life 2, got to episode 2 and stopped halfway through because I couldn't understand what was going on in the story from the moment I started playing, I thought it would become clearer as I kept going, it didn't, maybe I'm just a retard though.

Yeah the only thing I hate about that game is how easy it is to miss important story details because there's no cutscenes etc.

That's mostly what I play / played since I don't find much joy out of them anymore. I have hard time following the plot of a game so I like games that have sudden big events more than long slow meaning full ones or games where I have some goal to accomplish.

Well apparently the whole game ends on a cliffhanger or something and everyone complains about HL3 never coming out anyway, so fuck it, I don't feel like I'm missing out on much.

I deleted all my games today because I am pissed at how much time they waste. But I'd like to add that Rage 2 which I got off of torrents was pretty good before I deleted it. If anyone cares to try it. The scenery is beautiful.

I agree on what you said about games today. I had a shitty first pc so I got to experience those 90s game a bit later in 2004 and 2005. I wanted to play quake champions but the game stutters so much for me even though I have a decent pc that can run new games. And damn do I agree on wolfenstein! I loved the New Order and then I beat the Colossus but some of those characters in the colossus were so terrible. I just want to play some arena shooter that is actually good. Most of what is popular today is not my thing tbh. Resident evil 2 remake was I think the only game that I was impressed which is funny because the original game came out in 90s. Dark souls is also worth mentioning!

Right on. I'm in the same exact boat. Loved Wolfenstein New Colossus scenery and graphics, it's absolutely stunning, as long as you can bare to kind of shut your brain off when the bug eyed black woman with afro is ranting about white men ruining the whole world while breast feeding some baby. The only german on the team is an obese failure (to her nazi mom or whatever), another team member is mentally handicapped dimwit. Like wtf. Can it be any more obvious with politics in this game or what? I'm still eagerly looking forward to Wolfenstein Young Blood, but that's just because I've trained myself well enough to ignore the cut scenes and propaganda by now. At least I'll give them credit for leaving the swastikas alone unlike EA with BF 5, removing all insignia and replacing it with some stupid generic plus signs or something. What a terrible over sensitive cowardly politically correct world we live in.

As for Quake Champions.... You're not missing on anything. Nothing like the original. Lots of cheaters or loosers who (probably) spend 40 hours a week playing that game. Either way I don't enjoy constantly getting surprised with unrealistic head shots and other deaths. And usually I'm in the top kills in other games. Quake Champions is a flop. Everything from waiting for eternity before each round for no reason, to random matching and no organized server structure, to all the retarded loot boxes and modern micro transactions whatever you call it. Quake is dead to me now. The game seems like it experienced a very rapid decline in activity too. Maybe the morons who developed it will learn a thing or two from that, but that's being too optimistic.

Modern games seem to really suck. I sure hope the upcoming Doom will continue to be one of the few positive things in the FPS world. Other than that I'm just sick of all the repetitive overly realistic 15 year old graphics ww2 shooters coming out and other garbage that I wouldn't even be wowed by 10 years ago. Especially all the "pay to win" games. Where either you spend every waking hour for months playing them to rank up, or pay $$$. I don't mind paying for games if they're actually good and have a no nonsense cost instead of trying to leech your wallet.

Yea you can really see the politics crap in that one. I really hate it when stuff is forced and that was just really really forced. But I dont think they can beat the new batgirl tv show regarding that. And if you say how cringy that stuff is then you are a nazi, racist and mysogynist which is insane.

I had some dude recommend me far cry primal too. Is it better than the rest of far cry games? I only played until the third one because the rest seemed to have the same pattern.

I played quake champions but after a certain patch the game started to stutter, it became really unplayable. I believe now they have several thousand people playing the game which is terrible. It had a potential but they just abandoned fixing the technical issues.

The only ww2 realistic fps I still play is red orchestra 2 and honestly its really good. Havent played the new one but ro2 is still awesome.

I haven't gotten to play the fourth one much. The fifth one is actually kind of neat and refreshing. Not too bad. New Dawn (which came out after the 5th) will wear you out quick and you'll be sick of it in a few days. But I would definitely recommend 5 or Primal. Primal is definitely unique in it's own way and unlike any game I've ever played. I strongly recommend it. It's just a nice escape. Even if you're sick of the gameplay and whatever, the scenery will just feel like you're on vacation in some mountains or something.

I tried RO2 but didn't like how I just kept getting killed by expert players without even knowing where the attack is from. Too realistic. If I want to randomly die from one shot I'll just go join the military. If I'm doing it over and over in a game, I don't want to spend tons of time to constantly walk to my destination to die. This is why Enemy Territory I think had one of the best balances ever. Great graphics, awesome gameplay, awesome teamwork, and if you're good enough camping assholes don't effect you because you can turn the situation around with skills.

I will try primal then! Hah yea ro2 can just be summarized to "where the fuck did he shoot me from!?" I sucked too and the whole thing was weird but now its like playing any other game, you get used to it but I do understand it might not be your type of game. Havent played enemy territory but I heard only good things about it. The only arcadey ww2 shooter I played was good old cod 2.

Haha, good way of putting it. I'm sure like any game one can come to like it and get better at it. I'm just biased more on ET kind of feel. There's still plenty of people who play it. If you wish to try it, get Enemy Territory Legacy (open source fork that's still maintained) and just get used to figuring out which servers are all full of bots and which ones have live players (most are full of bots, but splatter ladder website server listing also does a good job at showing it.

I got New Dawn recently because the twins looked badass... they had music from Die Antwoord which was sick too. But haven't really been interested in gaming as much as I used to. Hopefully I'll like it, I just played the very beginning.
