Really just the opportunity to feel normal again since committing would guarantee that I will never return to "normal" health again. Given that I've been suffering for nearly 6 years at this point, I don't think it's likely to happen anyway.

And to elaborate, I would absolutely love to just be able to fall asleep the way I used to and sleep through the night. I have a lot of other health issues that are pushing me to ctb, but boy oh boy did I underestimate how much I loved being able to sleep.

Would love to run away and blow some money on travel for a few weeks but with Corona restrictions that's neither fun nor feasible, and besides, I've noticed some time ago that most of my yearnings are really just metaphors for an entirely different life I can no longer obtain.

I think it would be interesting to see the results of my dna testing, im part of a health study and they'll send them sometime in the future.
I'd like to see my nieces happy. Or at least relatively functional.
Love and regular physical intimacy. I'd totally stick around awhile for that

In the summer, I'm planning on driving out to Utah and biking some of the best mountains on the way there. Mountain biking is my life, and it's what's keeping me alive right now. However my current ctb date is June 14, so I'm not sure if I'll end up missing it or not.

I also think about how far technology will advance when I'm not around to watch it. Space travel, medicine, computer science and AI all fascinate me. However I doubt I'd live to see the real interesting stuff, even if I don't die by my own hand.
