Discussion What flowers would you like at your funeral?

From the many flowers that symbolize death and a wide array of human emotions . I'm curious to know what other users on sasu enjoy.
My favorite is the Black Dahlia although it's not a natural flower I've always had a interest in the murder case. The black rose is also a flower I wish to be used in the ceremony for my funeral.
I feel as if most people should have a favorite flower especially if they want a nice funeral for there loved ones to enjoy once your gone.

Whatever this flower is as I see them sometimes when walking my dog and think they are pretty (mostly cus they are purple). Sometimes pick them and bring with me.

My favourite flowers are monotropa flowers (ghost pipe) because I find them very beautiful. The plant itself relies on fungi for nutrients/food since it doesn't have any chlorophyll, which is pretty interesting. Unfortunately it's not something you can grow outside its natural habitat, so if we're talking about funeral flowers I'd pick some ruffled begonias

I don't know much about flowers, but I like all blue flowers. I don't think I've ever seen one in person, it would be nice to have some at my funeral.

I have a special affinity for florals and plants of all kinds -- worked at a flower shop in my younger years and loved piddling around in the greenhouse, so anything would be fine.

But I don't want a funeral. The only person(s) who would be there would be my son, his girlfriend and her kids. Why waste that money on someone who is dead and gone?? I'd rather they take it and go in a family cruise together and remember all the stupid shit we used to get into together. Better times and all.

I don't think anyone in my life would be willing to hold a funeral if I CTB, but if I had a say in what flowers I wanted for a hypothetical funeral, I think I'd want angel's trumpets, oleander, and lilies of the valley to be planted at my grave. I always had an interest in poisonous plants, so it'd be really cool for my grave to reflect that

The only problem is that people would probably be less likely to visit my grave. However, I don't think many would do so in the first place
