  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

What does having the option for suicide mean to you? Does it offer you a sense of comfort knowing that's always an option to escape the pain of reality?

exactly what you just said. I think the reason many people keep living is because (at the back of their minds) they know that they can throw in the towel when things get too much for them.

Yes but back to the original question. What does pro choice mean? It's never too late to abort.

To me, to be pro choice means to respect other people's decisions about their lives, whether they choose to live or die. The right to die is a human right and suicide is a personal choice. I wish we lived in a society where our right to die is respected, it is cruel how people are expected to suffer against their wishes.

In my case, I am trapped in this world as suicide is so difficult, I lack a peaceful and reliable way to exit this world and there is the fear of failure. If I could exit this world peacefully then that would comfort me a lot, but unfortunately we live in a world where we are denied that option. The only thing that gives me relief, is that no matter what I will die eventually, there will be an end to the suffering someday.
