So I know what people mean when they say it here, I hope. I don't think it stands for cognitive behavioral therapy when people are talking about their cbt methods and so on. I'm just that kind of person who likes to know what stuff is short for (annoyed my father back then about what ram is short for amongst other things lol).

here is a whole list of acronyms for your enjoyment
and yes though CBT more often means cognitive behavioral therapy (or c*** and ball torture I guess) I think what you are referring to is that usually people here talk about CTB methods, which stands for catch the bus methods, which means suicide methods. That's what people are usually talking about. It'd be cool if it was a lot of people really passionate about behavioral therapy lol i wish.
hope that clears it

Here we go again:

Cbt stands for cock and ball torture. You see, CBT is a type of sexual activity that involves applying pain or constriction to the male genitals. This may involve directly painful activities, such as genital piercings, wax play, genital spanking, squeezing, ball-busting, genital flogging, urethral play, tickle torture, erotic electrostimulation, kneeing, or kicking. The recipient may receive direct physical pleasure from masochism, emotional pleasure through erotic humiliation, or knowledge that the play is pleasing to a sadistic dominant. Many of these practices carry health risks, of course.

Many devices might be used in CBT, such as ball stretchers, ball crushers, parachutes (which is a small collars made of leather that is fastened around the scrotum and from which weights can be hung), humblers (a BDSM restraint device that is used to restrict the movement of a sub and consists of testicular cuff device that clamps around the base of the scrotum and is mounted in the centre of a bar that passes behind the thigh at the base of the buttock), testicular cuffs, and cock harnesses, to name a few.

To learn more about CBT, I'd recommend searching it up on Pornhub or any porn site of your liking.

Ah...I keep misreading that then...my brain is not in the best state as of late. Thank you so much! Catch the bus makes a lot more sense than therapy or c&b torture. Thanks a lot!
Here we go again:
Definitely kept misreading CTB as CBT...I do know what that is, but thank you. I'm just useless <3

From what I know CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Cock and Ball Torture
What I meant to ask was what CTB stands for, which is what here stands for "catching the bus" aka suicide

CTB is catch the bus, but at first I thought it meant cease to be.

Yeah CTB is usually catch the bus here. Although some use it for other metaphors along the same lines like cease to breathe/be. It all means the same thing. Not to be confused with CBT - you can find that in the NSFW chat section.

CTB is the acronym for "catch the bus." It's a euphemism for ending it all.
