I think that was her experience. I don't think her experience is the same as it is for others.

She was dead, met the God spirit, who said she had to go back. She also was made to understand that if you suicide,
you will suffer because you didn't live out your allotted time. If you die a natural death all the things you did to hurt others will be gone but if you suicide you will have to experience it all and it's really bad.

Well then she's contradicting herself - she committed suicide but didn't have to suffer "all the things she did to other people", she got sent back for a 2nd chance.

She said she felt all the pain she caused to her family and friends over her suicide. She didn't mention feeling pain from anything else, just that.

I sped it all the way up to 2 speed. She had a very hard life. And if she is Native American they have zero alcohol tolerance.
