Help What do you need to setup SCBA from EM?

I have been digging through a lot of threads about using inert gas and it seems like a lot of people make mistakes during the setup and end up feeling suffocated or nothing happens. I'm hoping someone can provide some very simple instructions. These are my current notes:

1. Purchase CGA580 SCBA kit from EM
2. Purchase 10L 200bar nitrogen tank at 99.99%+ purity
3. Remember to connect to pressure valve
4. Flow should be 0lpm

Anything else I'm missing or should watch out for?

There's a comment here where someone said flow rate should be 0 cause the kit uses a demand valve.

Attempted with Argon and a SCBA setup, saw my O2 drop to around 74% but then either freaked out or felt like i was starting to suffocate. I think i had it on like 15 or 20 LPM on the reg, I didn’t feel like passing out at all. Probably was about 30 seconds or something. I could and might try...

I have SN if I run out of options, but Nitrogen sounds more peaceful if I can figure out everything I need.

Thanks! You were also the one that mentioned might needing a Nitrogen pressure regulator with the EM SCBA in the above thread I linked. Do you think I might need that too?

Not really, that is just a theory on what could be the reason why a couple of users have reported not feeling good while breathing their gas.
