I agree, I suffer from insomnia and sleep is a real godsend, at least you don't have to worry all the time when you're asleep...Sleep, try and study, sleep, watch some TV in the evenings if I don't feel too bad. But the oblivion I get from sleep is the best. That's why the forever sleep is calling my name.
You're lucky you don't have nightmaresI agree, I suffer from insomnia and sleep is a real godsend, at least you don't have to worry all the time when you're asleep...
Sorry to hear that. Have you tried antidepressiva ? Most of them suppress REM sleep (aka dreaming) so they might help with nightmares. You're lucky you don't have nightmares
I wish I could go and spend some time in cemeteries..I don't do much really, I do always go outside a bit everyday and I visit the cemetery as it is nice and peaceful. I spend time with my cat, but I am mostly trapped in my own thoughts and I look forward to sleep. I used to be into music a lot but tinnitus ruins the enjoyment of headphones.
I've been trying to get into electronics as a hobby, but it's kinda confusing for me and I don't have the money to buy the parts :/Lately it's hard to keep my mind focused on the things I like, so it's kinda tough... but I spend most of my days listening to music, I feel like the time runs faster. When I'm extremely sad, I like to watch cute videos with animals and stuff, it helps me a lil bit as well. Maybe you can try to learn a new hobby, watch tutorials about things you don't know yet? Like a different language.
That's me,Stare at fucking screens, hours on end, day in day out.
Oh, I get it... Well, electronics seems to be quite tricky if you ask me hehe so I don't blame you for your confusion! I wouldn't lose my interest if I were you. Is there any alternative for you to keep studying it? Especially when it comes to money. Like a place that sells used parts, or maybe a renting store? Sorry if I'm sounding dumb, I don't know how electronics workI've been trying to get into electronics as a hobby, but it's kinda confusing for me and I don't have the money to buy the parts :/
