Gmail has a "schedule send" feature. Just go to the three dots/more options menu. It's there

I found it. Thank you, you've helped me secure my exit plan.

Hello there! Alternatively, you can use FutureMe, its on the Suicide Compilation Thread, based on personal experience. It can be to yourself too in the event you feel like it is not your time yet.

You will not be able to read the letter after a couple days, whereas you'd still be able to on Gmail, to prevent any triggers/second thoughts after reading if any. Apologies if my english is bad.

Program an email to be sent in the future:

All the best and see you on the other side~

Played around a bit, couldn't get it to work.
You need to go in the automating section. There you can choose a day in the week and a time during the day. After that you just have to tell the phone what you want to send and to who :)
