Finished the leftover birthday cake from my dad's party just a few minutes ago. Banana and chocolate. 'Twas very nice.

Pasta (fusilli) with fresh cheese,
Grilled chicken breast with french fries,
Toasted almonds.

I actually always eat the same thing and the only thing I change is the first course:
Tomorrow legumes (chickpeas), past pasta (spaghetti), beyond legumes (lentils), again pasta (fussilli), legumes (chickpeas), pasta (spaghetti), legumes (lentils), etc ...

Between not liking eating and not cooking much else ....

En realitat sempre menjo el mateix i l'únic que canvio és el primer plat:

Entre que no m'agrada menjar i tampoc se cuïnar gaire cosa més....

In the afternoon I have had chocolate and fruit. I do quite like eating both of them, most other foods I do not particularly enjoy that much and only eat because I have to.

Nothing ..... My appetite has been absolutely piss poor lately. I know I should, but I'm genuinely not hungry and food just isn't appealing to me.

i have had very little appetite to desire anything for these last 9 months with the only exception being really easy to eat greasy takeaways. quite the contrast to carefully managing my macros and hitting 3k calories a day to maintain lean 80-85kg muscle mass.

I had a footlong sub, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, and a Starbucks cream vanilla latte. I only really live for comfort food tbh.

I had a tuna sandwich and a western omelette. Then come the sweets....an entire 14 oz container of Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Bean ice cream, a Haagen-Dazs caramel cone bar, a Chunky chocolate bar with milk and some Godiva Masterpieces chocolate. My triglycerides and cholesterol are sky high but my taste buds are very happy.

I bought those mozzarellas I spoke of.

I ate smashed potatoes and beef, but I still can't really eat meat, it just doesn't feel like food. And I'm really not hungry today, I don't know if it's the weather, it's like 100% humidity which makes the air feel like 100C.

Remember to drink water and take care of electrolytes!

I've read that sometimes if you don't have an appetite, it's because you lack salt in your system.

They are the same stateside. Flapjacks in the UK are oat bars in the US. I think!
